Breath Keep 隐私政策

Breath Keep 是一款无需注册账号的呼吸练习应用。我们不出售个人数据，不投放广告，也不使用第三方广告或行为分析 SDK。

本机数据

练习记录、练习设置、提醒设置和安全确认默认保存在你的设备上，用于提供练习、统计和偏好功能。开发者不会收到这些本机数据。

可选的 iCloud 同步

当你主动开启 iCloud 同步时，练习记录会存储在你 Apple 账号对应的私有 CloudKit 数据库中，以便在你的 Apple 设备间同步。这些数据由 Apple 的 iCloud 服务托管，不用于广告、用户画像或数据交易。你可以在 Breath Keep 的设置中删除 iCloud 练习数据。

可选的 Apple 健康写入

经你明确授权后，Breath Keep 可以把完成的练习写入 Apple 健康中的正念分钟。Breath Keep 不读取你的健康数据。健康数据不会用于广告、营销或数据交易。

通知与音频

练习提醒由设备的本地通知功能处理。声音和语音引导在设备上播放；Breath Keep 不会录音，也不会访问麦克风。

数据保留与删除

你可以在 App 设置中删除本机全部练习记录和 iCloud 中的练习数据。卸载 App 会移除本机数据；iCloud 数据可在 App 内删除或通过 Apple 提供的 iCloud 管理功能处理。

儿童与健康声明

Breath Keep 用于一般健康与正念练习，不提供医疗诊断或治疗。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人信息。

Breath Keep Privacy Policy

Breath Keep is a breathing practice app that requires no account. We do not sell personal data, serve advertising, or include third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.

On-device data

Practice history, practice settings, reminder settings, and safety acknowledgements are stored on your device by default to provide sessions, progress views, and preferences. The developer does not receive this on-device data.

Optional iCloud sync

When you choose to enable iCloud sync, practice history is stored in the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple account so it can sync across your Apple devices. Apple hosts this data through iCloud. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or data sales. You can delete iCloud practice data from Breath Keep Settings.

Optional Apple Health writing

With your explicit permission, Breath Keep can save completed practices as mindful minutes in Apple Health. Breath Keep does not read your health data. Health data is not used for advertising, marketing, or data sales.

Notifications and audio

Practice reminders are handled through local notifications on your device. Sound and spoken guidance play on the device. Breath Keep does not record audio or access the microphone.

Retention and deletion

You can delete all local practice records and iCloud practice data from Settings in the app. Uninstalling removes local app data; iCloud data can be deleted in the app or managed through Apple's iCloud controls.

Children and wellness notice

Breath Keep is intended for general wellness and mindful practice, not medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
